Using this booking form does not confirm your booking date or time slot. We will confirm the date and time by replying to your request.

On the day of your appointment.

Please arrive slightly early to fill out your consultation form. Late arrival may result in shorter treatment times. If you arrive too late you may be charged and not receive your treatment.

Patch Test

Visit us for a patch test (if required) at least 48 hours before your treatment. Failure to do so could result in you being charged but not receiving the treatment.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies you have at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We know things crop up and we understand busy lives can mean changes to your schedule, find all the info you need for cancelling your appointment below.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible (more than 48 hours notice would be great), this helps us to re-allocate your slot. you may know how busy we can get and how frustrating it is when we can't fit you in, so help us free up spaces for those wanting to book.

We will do our best to re-schedule you in at the next available time.

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Please note if you cancel within 48 hours you will not be charged but if the notice is 24 hours or less you will be charged 50% of the bill.
